Food is great at this location. Also amazing people work there with a lot of passion and knowledge, either in supplements or stocks and allergens. The only issue, and it’s a big one, is the constant moral harassement at the very edge of dictatorial behavior from the manager joe. I have an invisible disability and an ADA service dog. I have been mocked today about my disability by this man, harassed and humiliated in front of a whole store for the 2nd time. There are other reviews about him, for similar stories. The last time I had to deal with him, I tried to explain to him the law, but didn’t acknowledge the obvious, and preferred somehow claiming he was untouchable because he is «friend with one of the owner of erewhon who was here earlier today». I will not shop at Erewhon anymore and will ask for a cancelation of my membership and refund and take further actions to have Joe removed. If you have experienced anything similar with Joe, first of all I’m really sorry, and please reach out to me. Having some sort of monopoly in your domain as a company is great, but you start failing when your employees start acting like mobsters and dictate their own rules.

I recently discovered this store and was initially impressed with the sweet fruit and delicious hot bar, as well as the high quality of the products offered in the store that I couldn't find elsewhere. I visited there the second time a day after, and I was extremely disappointed with my experience this time. I purchased several bottles of almond milk in different flavors, but unfortunately, one of the bottles of plain almond milk had already expired the next day ( I went there on 3/12 and it was expired by 3/13). I didn't notice this until after I drank it today (3/14), the sour taste left me feeling disgusted and terrible. How could the store sell me expired food that was not only inedible but also potentially harmful to my health? And how is it getting this sour in just expired a day? This lack of attention to product expiration dates is unacceptable and shows a total disregard for the well-being of their customers. Furthermore, during my purchase, the cashier asked me if I wanted to join the store's membership program, but did not offer me a receipt. While this may seem like a small issue, I think it's important for retailers to provide receipts without customers having to ask for them. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with this store and would strongly advise others to avoid it. I don't care about paying more for good and healthy stuff, but how they do is unethical. If you value your health and expect basic customer service, I would recommend looking elsewhere for your shopping needs.

I placed an order, and as I was waiting for it to be delivered, I got an alert that told me the driver canceled the delivery. I contacted my shopper Maryjane, one of the front end leads at Erewhon Silverlake, and she sorted out the issue for me. (She was also very helpful in choosing my items). My driver had made a mistake. Maryjane was super calm and professional, and I appreciate her excellent customer service! ✨✨✨✨✨

First time visiting with my friend...and soo much enjoyed the ambiance, the fresh smell of breakfast 😋 Did a complete walkthrough around the aisles and was very impressed on all the wonderful things they have, all organic., well-being and soo forth. Will definitely come back and ooh they have the bestest freshly juices ever! The chef's at the kitchen are soo friendly and outgoing., they recommend sampling their food and wow it's just soo delicious 😋
